The online booking system is now open
The Eastgate Centre can accommodate 350 people so to guarantee your place booking in advance is essential. Payment (£5 per person) will be taken on the day (cash only). Children aged 11 and under are free.
We are able to keep the registration fee low thanks to subsidy from Hope Church, Gravesend and the Association of Grace Baptist Churches (SE). Their support also allows us to provide the children’s programme at no extra cost.
Registration fee provides entry to the sessions as well as refreshments on arrival and in the afternoon break. Please note lunch is not included in the cost. Hot and cold meals and snacks can be bought at the Eastgate Coffee Shop (lunch must be ordered in advance) or alternatively bring a packed lunch.
To book your place(s) please enter your information in all the boxes below and click on the ‘Send’ button, this will automatically send an email to the organisers who will confirm your booking by email as soon as possible.
As well as an email to confirm your booking, a further email will be sent in June giving final arrangements, including information on ordering lunch. The mobile number will only be used to pass on any last minute information. Your contact details will only be used to provide conference information and will not be passed onto any third party.
